    Current order processing timeframe is: 1 to 3 weeks.  

    SHIPPING

    During this sale weekend, orders will be shipped out approximately December 8th - 10th.

    • CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
      Orders will be shipped via Canada Post (regular stamped mail, no tracking) at a flat/standard shipping rate for all Canadian orders.

      PLEASE NOTE:  
      As Canada Post is on strike, ALL packages may be DELAYED due to any postal disruptions and backlogs during this time.  Please allow ample time for your order to arrive.

    • AMERICAN (USA) CUSTOMERS:
      Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS) through First-Class Package and shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Orders will be shipped on/after December 8, 2018.  If applicable, orders will be updated with the tracking information at that time. 

      PLEASE NOTE:
      As the busy holiday season is approaching, postal services are experiencing high mail volume and postal delays may occur.  Please allow ample time for your order to arrive.

    • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
      Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS) through First-Class International Package and shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.  Orders will be shipped on/after December 8, 2018.  If applicable, orders will be updated with the tracking information at that time.

    RETURNS / EXCHANGES

    • I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.  To request a cancellation of your order, please contact me.
    • I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    • Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged packages.  Please make sure you double check your shipping address at checkout.
