  1. Do you accept custom and/or personalized orders?  

    I am currently not taking any custom orders at the moment; however, please feel free to contact me with your request and I will discuss with you further and potentially work something out if I can fulfill your request.

  2. Why does the currency amount show in CAD (Canadian dollar) upon final checkout but I selected USD/EUR/AUD/GBP on the currency converter?  

    EllePlan is based in Canada and unfortunately the financial institution is only capable of accepting Canadian currency upon your final checkout at this time.  

    The currency converter on the website is meant for customer reference only and it is there to give customers an estimated converted dollar amount for an easy shopping experience.

  3. When will my order ship?  

    Processing time is currently: 1 to 3 weeks.  

    If you've received a shipping notification after 2:00PM EST and/or on a weekend, please be advised that the postal office will process the shipment on the next business day (excluding Canadian Statutory Holidays).

  4. My order has shipped but did not include a tracking number.  

    Standard shipping is sent via Canada Post Regular Lettermail and does not include a tracking number or insurance.

    If you would like to purchase a shipping upgrade with a tracking number and/or insurance, please select the option available at checkout. If you have any questions regarding the shipping upgrades, please contact me.

  5. When will I receive my order?  

    Please check the 'Shipping & Refunds' section in my shop to see all estimated delivery time frames. Please be advised that these delivery time frames are estimated and are NOT guaranteed.

    **Packages may be delayed by the postal service and due to any postal strike actions or backlogs, as once items are shipped it is beyond my control. Please allow ample time for your package to arrive.

  6. Can I add a coupon code after I have already placed my order?  

    All coupon codes MUST be entered upon checkout in order for it to apply. Once orders are placed it cannot be amended to add the coupon code.  

  7. What sticker paper options do you offer?
    • Sticker kits (and a la carte kit sheets) are offered in permanent high quality matte (this paper produces saturated prints and the paper has a slight chalky texture) or glossy paper option.
    • Glossy paper is only stocked on full kits when they are first released (ie: new release kits) and will not be restocked once it has sold out.
    • Functional stickers and small icon stickers are printed on standard removable matte paper only, not the high quality matte or glossy.
There will be some listings that are offered in the permanent high quality matte or glossy option. This information can be found in the listing's description area.
