ORDER PROCESSING

Current order processing timeframe is: 1 to 3 weeks.  

If you've received a shipping notification after 2:00PM EST and/or on a weekend, please be advised that the postal office will process the shipment on the next business day (excluding Canadian Statutory Holidays).

SHIPPING

Orders are sent via Canada Post (regular stamped mail, no tracking) at a flat/standard shipping rate.  This means that whether you order one sheet or multiple sheets, the shipping rate will be the same.  Since it is shipped as a flat rate there will be no refunds, and you will not be asked to pay extra shipping fees if your package is heavy and I am required to cover the remaining amount.

If you prefer to have your order insured and/or tracked, please select the appropriate shipping upgrade available at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes:
  • Canada: 1-3 weeks
  • United States: 2-10 weeks
  • Europe: 2-10 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-10 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 2-10 weeks  
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.  

PLEASE NOTE:  The U.S./International postal delivery timeframes may be delayed a bit longer, as the items may be held up at the Customs Border Agency. 
ALL packages that have shipped may be DELAYED due to any postal strike actions and/or backlogs.

Customs and import taxes:  
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.  
 

Please be advised that all packages may be delayed by the postal service, as once items are shipped it is beyond my control. Please allow ample time for your package to arrive. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.  To request a cancellation of your order, please contact me.
  • I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
  • Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged packages.  Please make sure you double check your shipping address at checkout.
